Job Description

Job description: Design and execute strategies, SOPs aligned with national skilling goals (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, etc.) Prepare project proposals and align with government schemes. Explore central/state schemes, CSR, and tenders. Build partnerships with ministries and funding bodies. Oversee project rollout, monitoring, and performance tracking. Manage Training Providers (TPs) and Centers (TCs). Lead community outreach and enrollment campaigns. Achieve targets through grassroots partnerships. Coordinate TOTs with Sector Skill Councils. Ensure quality delivery and real-time attendance tracking. Manage assessments, certifications, and job placements. Monitor post-placement outcomes. Engage with NSDC, SSCs, govt bodies, and industry partners. Ensure policy compliance and issue resolution. Oversee portal data entry, MIS reports, and audits. Ensure regulatory compliance. Manage budgets, fund utilization, and disbursements. Coordinate with finance and pursue funding avenues. Lead field and operations staff. Drive capacity building and performance management. Track KPIs, address gaps, and submit reports to stakeholders. Job Location : Dwarka, Delhi Job type: Full time Job timings : 10 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
