New Business - System enhancement   Leading system development initiatives related to New Business and dispatch processes Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products in the context of New Business Handling change requests related to New Business operations Managing end-to-end system generated communication for New Business activities Collaboration with various departments i.e. IT, Underwriting, Sales etc. Authorize the implementation of new system change Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and creating process flowcharts Designing process checklists and quick reference guides (ready reckoners) for the team Monitoring system changes post-implementation to ensure alignment with defined requirements Communicating recent changes, updates, and new developments in systems & processes to relevant users/stakeholders Policy dispatch management   Managing the policy document dispatch portfolio, including stakeholder coordination Implementing digital policy bond dispatch through Bitly links, email communications, and Digi Locker Overseeing vendor management and ensuring timely payments Evaluating team productivity and efficiency to drive performance improvements WIP & Turn around time management Timely delivery of services and optimum productivity from the team.
