The organization is seeking a highly qualified Investor Relations Professional to support and strengthen its engagement with the investment community. The role requires strong capital markets expertise, experience in a listed-company environment, and the ability to effectively communicate the company’s strategy and performance to external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s investor relations program in alignment with business and financial objectives.
• Act as a primary liaison between the company and public market investors, institutional shareholders, and sell-side research analysts.
• Build and sustain productive relationships within the investment community, leveraging a strong network and creating new connections as required.
• Prepare investor communication materials, including quarterly earnings documents, investor presentations, press releases, FAQs, and required regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate and support management participation in investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, market intelligence, and investor sentiment, and provide timely insights to senior management.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all external communications in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines for listed companies.
• Track analyst coverage, consensus estimates, shareholding patterns, and other key market indicators to aid internal reporting.
• Minimum 5–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of investor relations experience within a listed company.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, valuation methods, and equity research processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with sell-side analysts and public market funds; established network preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Solid academic background (Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field).
Role is based in Mumbai; candidates must be located in Mumbai or willing to relocate. No remote or hybrid option is available.
• Prior involvement in quarterly earnings cycles or investor communication processes.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
