Role Overview:

Organic 121 Scientific Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its E. Funding & CSR Project Unit (FCPU). The role focuses on CSR partnerships, public–private project financing, and equity-based funding to support high-impact infrastructure, scientific, and social development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive CSR tie-ups with corporates, foundations, and trusts

- Structure and support public–private project financing (PPP/Hybrid models)

- Facilitate equity and strategic investment funding

- Develop funding proposals, pitch decks, and financial models

- Manage investor, corporate, and government stakeholder relationships

- Ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, and impact documentation

Desired Profile:

- Postgraduate in Finance / Management / Economics / Public Policy (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising, project finance, or investment funding.

- Strong knowledge of CSR regulations, PPP frameworks, and equity financing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
