We are looking for:

Retired Executive Engineer

Liaise with local authorities, BDOs, engineers, Jal Nigam, PWD, and Pollution Control Boards

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify STP/ETP and water project opportunities in various districts
• Represent Organic 121 during site visits, government meetings, and departmental discussions
• Guide our internal team on field execution strategies
• Coordinate with BDOs, JE/AEs, and department heads (like Jal Nigam, PWD, Panchayat Raj)
• Support in preparing technical notes, reports, and feasibility studies
• Monitor local tender releases and assist in project evaluation
• Advise on best practices in water treatment and infrastructure sustainability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience of 20–30+ years in infrastructure or water/environmental projects
• Familiar with

  STP/ETP plant execution

  , tendering, and approvals
• Comfortable with field travel and interacting with grassroots-level officers
• Able to guide junior staff and share insights from past projects
• Has practical understanding of pollution control norms, water reuse, and sustainability
