Manager / Senior Manager

As a member of the Admissions and Outreach department, your role will involve managing various tasks related to outreach and admissions in the education sector. Your primary focus will be on engaging with schools, colleges, institutions, and communities to promote Anants programmes through various sessions and digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will lead the Campus Leaders Programmes, conduct online/offline sessions with prospective students, and represent Anants at events and education fairs. Your responsibilities in the admissions aspect of the role will include working closely with faculty members to organize interview panels, review candidate applications, and counsel undergraduate and postgraduate students via phone or in-person visits. You will guide students through the application process, manage student data, verify documents, track fees, and utilize lead management systems for admissions purposes.
