Beneficiation & Grinding Operation

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee beneficiation and grinding plant operations with focus on productivity, efficiency, and safety.

✅ Ensure smooth handling of raw materials, quality control, and process optimization.

✅ Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve production targets.

✅ Implement best practices for cost reduction, fuel/energy efficiency, and plant maintenance.

✅ Ensure strict compliance with statutory norms, EHS guidelines, and company policies.

Desired Profile:

✔️ B.Tech/Diploma in Metallurgy / Mineral Processing / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.

✔️ 15–20 years of proven experience in beneficiation & grinding operations.

✔️ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Experience in handling large integrated plant operations will be an added advantage.
