Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Sourcing & Securitization in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in treasury, with a strong background in securitization and sourcing. Roles and Responsibility
Manage the entire process of securitization, from sourcing to execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal clients.

Job
Strong knowledge of securitization, sourcing, and treasury operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial institutions and banks.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
A graduate degree is required, and an MBA/PGDM or CA qualification is preferred.
