Role & responsibilities

• Liquidity & Cash Management
• Daily cash positioning, pooling/sweeps, inter-company funding; ensure optimal balances across operating and collection accounts.
• Build rolling 13-week cash-flow forecasts; track variance and drivers (collections, refunds, supplier payouts, chargebacks).
• Working Capital & Settlements (OTA context)
• Optimize settlement cycles with airlines/hotels (incl. BSP/ARC where relevant), payment gateways, and wallets; reduce refunds TAT and chargeback losses.
• Partner with Ops, Revenue, and Customer Finance to tighten reconciliation of high-volume transactions.
• Banking & Payment Partner Management
• Own relationships with banks, card networks, UPI/PG partners; negotiate MDR/fees, VAS, limits, and short-term credit lines/ODs.
• Drive new rails (UPI AutoPay/e-mandates, tokenization, payout platforms) and straight-through processing.
• FX Risk & Investments
• Identify FX exposures on international receipts/supplier payables; execute forwards/options per the Board-approved policy; maintain hedge documentation and Ind AS 109 compliance.
• Deploy surplus funds in low-risk instruments aligned to policy; track yield, duration, and counterparty limits.
• Controls, Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain treasury policies, counterparty limits, signatory matrices; strengthen ICFR/SOX-equivalent controls and fraud-risk checks.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA (incl. EDPMS/IDPMS where applicable) and coordinate with Tax on TCS/withholding touchpoints of flows.
• Prepare weekly liquidity decks and treasury KPIs for CFO/Board.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 yrs of experience and a qualified CA is must.
