Manager Scrum Master with .net development Experience

As a Scrum Master, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and success of the agile delivery teams. Your responsibilities include: - Establishing clear sprint goals and motivating team members to achieve them. - Maximizing team effectiveness by identifying and removing impediments that hinder performance. - Fostering self-organization and cultivating a culture of reflection and improvement within the team. - Empowering team members to take ownership of technical quality and design choices. - Providing continuous coaching and mentoring to individuals and the team. - Guiding and managing multiple Scrum teams, each with different characteristics, simultaneously if required. - Teaching and coaching application developers on adopting Continuous Delivery practices. - Implementing agile metrics to measure team Agility and utilizing them to drive progress. - Ensuring compliance with the Definition of Done. Minimum qualifications and experience required for this role: - At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably with 5 years at a project or team management level. - Experience serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and DevOps principles. - Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and other Agile techniques. - Familiarity with backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and user stories. - Proficiency in .Net framework, including ASP.Net, VB, C#, LINQ, WPF, WCF, MVC, XML. - Experience with Microservices architecture and technical design. - Ability to provide accurate build estimates based on technical designs. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. - Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) / PMI-ACP is preferred. - Experience in large AD shops with distributed applications is a strong advantage. - Background in technical application development is desirable.,
