Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for mutual funds (equity, debt, hybrid, ETFs).
• Identify new business opportunities (HNI, retail, institutional clients).
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mutual fund advisors/sales executives.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Set individual/team KPIs and track performance through CRM tools.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Address client queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all sales activities adhere to AMFI, SEBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales reports.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.

5. Market Expansion & Brand Building

• Represent the company at industry events, investor meets, and conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns (e.g., NFO launches, SIP drives).
• Strengthen the company’s brand as a trusted mutual fund distributor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
