Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Lead sales operations
and
sales enablement
initiatives.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to drive growth and efficiency.
Oversee
lead generation
and
cold calling
efforts.
Manage both
Pre-Sales and Post-Sales
activities.
Customer & People Management:
Build and maintain strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
.
Provide effective
people management
, including team leadership and mentorship.
Communication:
Ensure clear and concise communication across the team and with clients.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Proven experience in
Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Sales Strategies

Skills:

Strong capabilities in
Customer Relationship Management

Pre-Sales and Post-Sales

Work Schedule:
