Manager, Sales Operations

As a Sales Operations Manager at CrowdStrike, your role will involve being an expert in Salesforce CRM, with a focus on optimizing sales processes, driving pipeline health, and supporting organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a subject matter expert in Salesforce for Accounts, Opportunities, Territories, Cases, and User Objects. - Leading data quality, enrichment, and governance programs using AI tools. - Partnering with Sales Leadership to design and execute pipeline frameworks and ensure forecast accuracy. - Implementing AI-driven use cases such as predictive pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, and territory optimization. - Building and maintaining strong business partnerships across various departments. - Leading and mentoring a high-performing Sales Operations team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred. - 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations with at least 4+ years in management. - Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM and AI/automation implementation. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in stakeholder management and team development.
