Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

• Develop and execute business plans for the API and intermediates division.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and key customer segments.
• De?ne pricing strategies and revenue targets aligned with company goals.

• Sales & Market

  ing Management:

• Lead the sales and Marketing team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management across global markets.
• Plan and manage participation in international exhibitions, B2B meetings, and product launches.

• Market & Product Development:

• Analyse global market trends, customer needs, and competitor o?erings.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to commercialize new APIs/intermediates.
• Develop product Positioning and Marketing strategies for existing and new products.

• Client & Project Management:

• Serve as the point of contact for key clients and strategic partners.
• Manage large-scale customer projects from inquiry to delivery, including technical and regulatory coordination.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales or business development team.
• Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure professional development within the team.

Skills Required:

• Leadership and people management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with export-import procedures, INCOTERMS, and regulatory frameworks.
