As a Brand Representative, you will be the face and spirit of our brand — traveling alongside our core team to premium events, experiences, and showcases across the country. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing partnerships, driving sales, and creating meaningful collaborations that align with our vision of modern luxury. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys connecting with people, and understands the subtleties of presentation, brand ethos, and relationship-building. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Brand Presence & Representation Represent the brand with elegance and authenticity at luxury events, pop-ups, wellness retreats, and private gatherings. Engage with clients, collaborators, and partners to build genuine connections that reflect our brand’s values. Maintain the highest standard of personal presentation and communication in all brand-facing moments. Business Development & Collaborations Identify and cultivate new opportunities for sales, partnerships, and strategic tie-ups within the luxury, beauty, and wellness space. - Attend meetings with the core team and attend presentations to prospective clients/ tie ups. Support the senior team in negotiations, presentations, and partnership discussions with established enterprises. Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring alignment with our brand’s premium positioning. Creative Coordination & Strategy Execution Collaborate closely with the leadership team to conceptualize new ideas, experiences, and brand initiatives. Take ownership of turning ideas into actionable plans — coordinating with internal and external teams to bring them to life. Ensure all activations, events, and collaborations are executed with finesse and brand consistency. ⸻ Who You Are A polished communicator with an innate sense of style, grace, and professionalism. Any experience in brand representation, luxury sales, or client relations (preferably within beauty, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors)- not a requirement, but would be great! Comfortable traveling and adapting to varied environments — from high-end wellness retreats to luxury brand events. Skilled in building relationships, understanding client psychology, and representing a brand’s ethos authentically. A self-starter who thrives in creative, fast-moving settings and enjoys working collaboratively. ⸻ Remuneration & Benefits Monthly Retainer: To be Negotiated, (based on experience and profile). ⁠ ⁠Future commission-based incentives on successful partnerships, collaborations, and sales conversions.
