Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Beauty Technician to join our core operations team. The selected candidate will be required to travel to various locations across India based on scheduled events and appointments. This role demands a well-presented, confident, and courteous individual who can maintain professionalism while engaging with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver beauty-related services and treatments as required and trained
• Maintain exemplary hygiene, equipment care, and overall service standards
• Assist during private client appointments, luxury experiences, event appearances, and brand engagements
• Travel with the core team to designated cities/venues as per the operational calendar
• Ensure refined client interaction, discretion, and a pleasant service environment
• Maintain service-related records and inventory

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only (Role involves personal care services and client comfort considerations)
• Prior hands-on experience in salon/spa/clinic/beauty service environments is preferred
• Well-groomed, articulate, and professional in conduct and appearance
• Ability to travel frequently (short and long duration trips)
• Polite, patient, and able to work calmly in fast-paced or high-profile environments
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and/or English
• Strong understanding of hygiene and personal presentation standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Stipend / Monthly Reimbursement: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

(Exact amount to be determined based on experience and number of appointments/events attended.)

• All travel, accommodation, and logistic arrangements will be fully organized and borne by the company
• Performance-based incentives may apply

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,098.53 per month
