We’re looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious individuals who want to kickstart their career in sales and business, with an interest in hands on learning.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients, salon chains , wellness brands, and partners
• Assist in generating leads through calls, WhatsApp messaging, social media, and referrals
• Attend client meetings and learn pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates.
• Support senior sales team members in negoatiations and deal closing
• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant beauty & wellness solutions
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using simple tools/CRMs
• Learn how a startup grows revenue from scratch

Who Can Apply

• Freshers, final-year students, or interns looking for real-world experience
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
• Interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable talking to people and building relationships

Pay: ₹25,576.70 - ₹104,844.71 per month
