Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Management:

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing client retention.
  • Identify and develop key accounts and channel partners in the aesthetic industry (clinics, dermatologists).
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training, support, and performance feedback.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the aesthetic market.
  • Work with the product team to ensure alignment of offerings with market needs.
  • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing initiatives (social media, conferences, events, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.


Business Development:

  • Expand brand presence and market share through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer segments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
  • Analyze ROI on marketing and sales activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Report regularly to senior management on performance and market dynamics.


Requirements:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in

    Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Dermatology

    sectors.
  • Strong network within the aesthetic industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
