Job Description

As a Manager-Sales at RELT-Realty Bengaluru, your key purpose is to achieve order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction for Pan India Projects. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales team for the respective products & services in India - Building the seeding database from internal and external data sources - Mapping industry/verticals for in-depth coverage - Generating and maintaining a strong sales funnel - Preparing customized proposal presentations in consultation with marketing teams - Conducting market studies for competition mapping, market intelligence, and market share analysis - Developing strategies for new products and services based on market insights - Managing loyalty and reward programs, customer contests, and referral programs - Driving BTL campaigns, customer engagements at events & exhibitions, and sales site-based campaigns - Evaluating customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints - Identifying customer needs, monitoring competition, and adapting strategies accordingly Requirements: - Exposure to B2B corporate sales with sales and marketing acumen - Ability to build strong relationships and networks - Business maturity for confident decision-making - Initiative, resourcefulness, and goal achievement within tight timelines - Managing demanding workloads and priorities effectively - Negotiation skills, resource stewardship, and chaos handling ability Preferred Industries: Sales and marketing (product and concept selling) in Real Estate/Aviation/Banking/Hospitality, etc. Behavioural Competencies: - Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening - Organizational, analytical, planning, and project management skills - Professionalism, honesty, credibility, trust-building, and respect - Quick grasp of concepts, exceeding client expectations, curiosity - Team orientation, collegiate, collaborative, proactive, self-motivated, action bias Internal & External Interactions: Internal - Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance External - Corporates, HNI Clients, Brokers, Property Consultants, Customers, Service partners Eligibility, Education & Experience Requirement: - Full-time Graduate; MBA full-time preferred - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through Loyalty Partners network - Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude Job Location: Mumbai,
