Job Description

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with at least ten years of experience in selling MCBs, Distribution Boards (DBs), and Wiring Devices. In this role with Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, identifying potential customers such as electrical contractors, builders, consultants, and retailers, exploring new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail sectors, as well as appointing distributors and channel partners. You will also focus on building long-term customer relationships through excellent service, conducting market analysis to adapt strategies, preparing detailed sales plans, and organizing product promotions. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in handling Final Distribution Electrical Products, particularly in LV Switchgear business from Builders, Contractors, End Users, and Distributors in Bangalore. You should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven track record in meeting sales targets, the ability to build professional relationships, and knowledge of the local market and customer base in Bengaluru. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the LV Switchgear Final Distribution Market, key customers, competitors, major trends, the building segment, distributor networks, and key success factors in the Retail & Residential Buildings market.
