Role Overview:

We are seeking a sales professional with deep knowledge of PP compounds & engineering plastics to drive B2B client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth. The role requires technical sales expertise, client relationship building, and industry insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire B2B clients for PP compounds & engineering plastic compounds
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with OEMs, processors, and compounders
  • Provide technical support and consultation during client engagement
  • Drive revenue through strategic pricing, negotiation, and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order execution
  • Work closely with R&D and production to align offerings with market needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in technical sales within the plastics industry
  • Strong understanding of ABS, PA, PC, and other engineering polymers
  • Experience in selling to automotive, electrical, and consumer product segments
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer Science, Plastic Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience with recycled polymer markets
  • Exposure to global markets and OEM networks
  • Knowledge of compliance and testing standards (ASTM, ISO, ROHS)
