Bachelor's degree in Pharma/Chemical/Business Administration or a related field and A Masters in Sales and Marketing.
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical products, particularly empty capsules.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Good in CRM and sales force.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the empty capsules market.
