Position Overview

Manager – Business Development

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has a

    deep understanding of cybersecurity products and services

  • Has successfully

    closed high-value cybersecurity deals

  • Can translate

    technical product knowledge into business value

    for clients


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and

    convert new business leads

    in cybersecurity (security assessments, engineering, GRC, and managed security services)
  • Build and maintain

    long-term client relationships

    in enterprise and government sectors
  • Develop and deliver

    impactful proposals, presentations, and demos

    that reflect Fluidech’s value proposition
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver

    customized and technically sound

    solutions
  • Represent Fluidech at industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Consistently

    achieve or exceed sales targets

    and contribute to organizational revenue growth


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of proven business development experience in the cybersecurity industry

  • Must demonstrate ability to

    close multiple cybersecurity deals

    – be prepared to share specific examples (deal size, industry, solution sold)
  • Strong understanding of

    cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and service models

  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work from the Gurugram office and travel for client meetings as needed
