Manager - Sales & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales, client relationship management, and experience in the technology or real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market penetration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging industry networks and market knowledge.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to junior sales staff.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant job experience in ERP/SW sales is the key requirement
• Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech or real estate domain.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
