ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development

: Identify opportunities across Government, PSU, and enterprise accounts.

Alliance & Partnership Management

: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, Incubators, Startups & PSUs.

Empanelment

: Drive empanelment processes with enterprises, ministries, PSUs

Proposal & Bid Support

: Coordinate RFP responses, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the Strategy & Bid Office.

Sales Conversion

: Manage the complete sales cycle—from opportunity qualification to deal closure.

Client Engagement

: Represent Vigorous in client meetings, industry events, and consortium discussions.

Revenue Delivery

: Meet sales and revenue targets while expanding Vigorous’ footprint in the market.

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA with

3-8 years of experience

in

sales, business development, alliances

in IT/ITES or GovTech.Proven experience in

Government/PSU sales cycles, tenders, RFPs, and empanelment

.Strong exposure to

OEM partnerships, alliances, and consortium models

.Track record of

closing high-value deals

in B2B/Government markets.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
