Job Description

Job Summary

The Manager R Programming will lead the development of data models, analytics solutions, and performance metrics using R and related tools. The role involves managing analytics projects, developing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and driving business insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

R Programming & Analytics

Develop, optimize, and maintain R scripts, packages, and automated workflows.
Build predictive models, statistical analyses, and advanced data solutions.
Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using R Shiny, ggplot2, or similar tools.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and derive actionable insights.

Metrics & Reporting

Design, track, and manage key business metrics and performance indicators.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership teams.
Implement automated reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Validate and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reports.

Team Leadership & Project Management

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, programmers, and reporting specialists.
Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, IT) to understand business needs.
Present insights, analytical findings, and recommendations to senior management.

Data Management & Tools

Work with large datasets, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
Integrate R solutions with databases (SQL), APIs, and BI tools.
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and security protocols.
