Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Sr.Manager - Quantity Surveying And Billing, located in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing project estimates, managing budgets, preparing bills, and coordinating with project teams. Additionally, the manager will conduct quantity take-offs, verify sub-contractor bills, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying and Budget Management.
• Mivan formwork design finalization with Vendor and coordination with Vendor Consultants for
  shop drawings and modulation drawings Finalization.
• Skills in Preparing Bills and Verifying Sub-contractor Bills
• Ability to Conduct Quantity Take-offs and Monitor Project Progress
• Familiarity with Quality and Safety Standards in Construction
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in residential and commercial project management is beneficial
