Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mivan Design Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Mivan Design Coordinator will be responsible for managing design processes, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, overseeing project management tasks, and coordinating architectural submittals. Day-to-day tasks include design planning, coordinating with various teams to ensure project alignment, reviewing architectural designs, and ensuring timely submission of documentation.

Qualifications

• Design Management and Architecture skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency in handling Submittals
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
