Role Description

Raj Hospitals is seeking a full-time Manager Quality to oversee and ensure the highest standards of healthcare quality. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care, developing and implementing quality management programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Manager Quality will also coordinate with various departments to improve service delivery, patient safety, and satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Ranchi.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and administrative teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Certifications in Quality Management, such as CPHQ, are a plus
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
