Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted name in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Quality based in Amritsar. The Manager-Quality will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes in the production of poultry products. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality standards, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and coordinating with various departments to maintain high-quality production. The Manager-Quality will also be responsible for training staff on quality protocols, managing customer complaints related to quality, and continuously seeking ways to improve the quality control processes. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing quality control standards and procedures Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements Skills in conducting inspections and audits to ensure product quality Ability to train staff on quality protocols and manage a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer complaints related to quality Excellent communication and coordination skills Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field Experience in the poultry industry is a plus Show more Show less
