Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Manager to lead and oversee insurance operations, including underwriting, claims management, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. Key Responsibilities Assess clients' insurance needs: Analyze coverage gaps and identify risks across property, marine, and engineering insurance. Provide tailored insurance consultation: Present suitable insurances and policy options for property, marine, and engineering coverage based on client requirements. Explain policy details: Clarify terms, conditions, and limitations of property, marine, and engineering insurance policies to clients. Manage policy servicing: Oversee renewals, modifications, cancellations, and handle related inquiries for property, marine, and engineering insurance products. Claims guidance: Assist clients through the claims process for property, marine, and engineering insurance, ensuring smooth settlements. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships, promptly resolving issues and enhancing satisfaction. Cross-selling and upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional property, marine, and engineering insurance products to meet sales targets. Industry knowledge: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and updates related to property, marine, and engineering insurance products. Record maintenance: Keep accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Any bachelors degree 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance management or a related role. In-depth knowledge of underwriting principles, claims processes, and industry regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in insurance software and tools.
