Job Summary:

Manager - Projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. To read architectural structural and MEPF drawings

2. to coordinate with contractors for the execution of the site

3. to plan all activities and make a detailed schedule for the entire work

4. to monitor the quality of the work

5. to check the bills submitted by the contractor and virify the measurement

6. to prepare BOQ

7. to handle the manpower alloted at the site

8. to maintain DPR

9. to coordinate with the architect consultants and liasoning team

10. to validate the BOQs

11. to ensure timely completion if the project.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 710 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities..
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
