Key responsibilities:

1. Should handle stores activities independently. Inward of material  and entries
2. Goods Inward Memo Preparation
3. Handle Engineering Stores – Inwards, Inspection, rejection, Issue, Bill review
4. Experience in ERP / SAP HANA for entries 
5. Service Entry / Desktop items ordering. 
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant standards. 
7. Coordination with various Department like Purchase, Finance and Suppliers
8. Spare management. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, expiry dates, and other relevant information. 

1. Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
2. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, expiry dates, and other relevant information. 
3. managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used by an engineering department
4. Maintaining accurate records of supply transactions

           Monitoring stores activity, stores consumption, and inventory variance. 

          Ensuring proper security is adhered to at all times. 

1.  Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. 
2. Managing the consumables procurement process for Green Field Project, including selecting vendors and contracts. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring sufficient stock for stakeholders needs.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Project, Production, Finance, Purchase or supply chain, to achieve project goals.
4. Maintaining PPEs required for Green Field Project.
5. Maintaining and follow up for Returnable material gone for repair or modification.
6. Publishing records for Daily inward /received material to the stakeholders

Educational Qualification

Graduate Science / Commerce. 

Experience

Tenure:  ( 5 to 10 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry in Engineering stores)
