Position Overview

The Manager – ETP, STP, WTP & Biogas Plant will lead and oversee plant operations, project execution, and technical management across multiple sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental standards, maintaining operational excellence, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operations & Technical Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations for ETP, STP, WTP, RO, and Biogas Plants across company projects.
• Ensure compliance with CPCB/SPCB guidelines and environmental norms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor process parameters, chemical dosing, energy consumption, sludge management, and performance output.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

• Support installation, commissioning, and handover of treatment plants.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for timely completion of projects.
• Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and BOQs related to plant operations.

3. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain statutory documentation, logbooks, MIS reports, and regulatory records.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for all running plants.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance documents to clients and regulatory bodies.

4. Client Handling & Team Management

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients regarding plant performance and service requirements.
• Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and field executives across sites.
• Conduct training for plant operators on SOPs, safety, and troubleshooting.

5. Quality, Safety & Efficiency Improvement

• Implement best practices to improve plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct periodic safety audits.
• Suggest process improvements and upgrade plans based on plant conditions and client requirements.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in managing ETP/STP/WTP/RO/Biogas Plant operations.
• Experience in handling multi-site operations will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, plant automation systems, pumps, blowers, membranes, digesters, etc.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of biological, chemical, and mechanical treatment processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and basic instrumentation knowledge.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Salary Range

Competitive and commensurate with industry standards, experience, and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
