Manager- Procurement

As a Supplier Development & Management Specialist at Rehlko, your role is crucial in driving continuous development of existing local suppliers to enhance performance, competitiveness, and capability. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and implementing opportunities for localization of materials or components in alignment with cost and lead-time reduction goals - Conducting regular supplier reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, sustainability, and contractual requirements - Acting as the primary interface between the local factory and regional, product groups, and global sourcing teams - Leading local sourcing initiatives and supporting regional/global negotiations by providing data, supplier insights, and local market intelligence - Collaborating with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics to resolve supplier performance issues - Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services by coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate Engineering with experience in Purchasing/Supply chain & production planning; MBA degree would be an added advantage - IT skills, including Excel and experience with an integrated purchasing system such as SAP - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills - Proven experience in supplier development and cross-functional collaboration - Mechanical/Production Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management At Rehlko, our purpose is to create an energy resilient world for a better future.
