As a Senior Procurement Executive at Lo Foods, located in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and procurement operations within the FMCG Food Manufacturing industry. Monitoring market trends and risks related to commodity pricing and availability, building contingency plans for critical supply chain disruptions, and maintaining safety stock levels for high-risk items will be part of your risk and inventory management responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Having 3-4 years of experience in procurement within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, a deep understanding of food safety compliance, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential requirements. Your performance will be measured based on cost savings achieved vs. budgeted procurement spend, on-time procurement rate aligned with production schedules, supplier performance and compliance scorecard, procurement cycle time, and process adherence, as well as the execution of risk mitigation plans during supply chain disruptions.
