You will be responsible for the site Master Data processes to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, aligning with local and global requirements. As an Associate Manager - Master Data Management, your role involves driving the tactical purchasing process for all materials to guarantee materials availability and execution plan feasibility in line with Site inventory policy. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and executing complex local and global master data processes, establishing guidelines, business matrix, and SLA timelines in a GxP environment while adhering to Novartis compliance standards. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert in your assigned area of work, supporting data collection and reporting of KPIs related to logistics and warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure daily MRP oversight for all BOM materials, analyze requirements, and manage Purchase Orders efficiently. Additionally, you will own MRP relevant data and material technical specifications in the ERP System, ensuring that no Purchase Orders are past due. You will provide a balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to the warehouse and Quality department, aligning these activities with production needs. Monitoring and improving supplier service level indicators will be crucial, including Quality OTIF, lead-time violations, and implementing action plans for supplier delivery performance targets. You will also handle reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products, along with providing support for returns, rebates, and credit/debit notes. Collaborating with other functions, you will define priorities for physical deliveries and act as the SPOC for escalation issues for assigned customers. Your role will involve influencing and connecting stakeholders to expedite issue resolution and manage daily MRP exception messages efficiently.
