Job Description

As the Manager Process Automation at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will be responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Associate Director Process Reengineering, you will work collaboratively with business units and leadership to analyze current processes, identify priorities, and develop new initiatives. Your role will involve conducting assessments to identify pain points, process gaps, and control deficiencies through data analysis, proposing future state recommendations, and working with stakeholders to create a business case and implementation roadmap. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting process automation initiatives organization-wide, managing specific business portfolios to achieve goals, building relationships with key stakeholders, executing large-scale process reengineering projects, and driving the lifecycle of projects from discovery to deployment. You will prioritize process improvements, leverage methodologies and tools, conduct market research on healthcare trends, enhance customer experience, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, communicate project status to stakeholders, and provide strategic insights based on research. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA or master's degree from a tier I business school, a bachelor's degree in engineering/B.Com/BBA from a recognized university, or a master's degree in Healthcare Administration/Statistics/Data Science. Healthcare certifications and a Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred qualifications. You should have 9-15 years of work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in US healthcare, consulting, or process transformation. Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and process mining skills, along with excellent communication skills, is required. Key skills and competencies for this role include effective communication, multitasking in a dynamic environment, navigating a matrixed organization, business and technical acumen, change management, project delivery, presentation skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
