Role Description

  • We are seeking a full-time on-site Manager for PMS, Rewards, HR Tech & Analytics to work from our Gurugram location. This role involves overseeing performance management processes, developing and implementing rewards programs, managing HR technology systems, and conducting data-driven analytics to support decision-making. The manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure optimization, accuracy, and efficiency in HR operations aligned with organizational goals.Support market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal parity analysis. Handle employee and HRBP queries related to pay, incentives, and benefits.



Qualifications

  • 5- 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to C&B, PMS and HR Tech
  • Capabilities in Inspection and quality control processes for operational excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in Logistics Management for seamless management of resources and operational planning.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities to drive HR Tech and Analytics initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or project management are a plus.
