As the primary operational Point of Contact (POC) for the team, your responsibilities will include managing workflows, ensuring optimal resource allocation, monitoring and enhancing team productivity to meet operational metrics, SLAs, and quality standards consistently, managing escalations and complex issue resolutions by coordinating with banking partners and internal teams, and driving initiatives to automate processes for improved operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of proven experience in operations or a related field - 2+ years of management experience - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team - Excellent problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Additional Information: This is a hybrid role that will require you to work out of Rippling's Bangalore office three days a week.
