· Shape how Digi Yatra is perceived by travelers, partners, regulators, and the public.
· Lead our engagement across traditional and digital media platforms.
· Safeguard and strengthen brand equity by anticipating, managing, and resolving reputational risks.
· Proactively monitor online conversations, reviews, and media mentions.
· Identify reputation risks early and execute mitigation strategies.
· Manage crisis communication with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
· Build positive brand sentiment through proactive digital engagement.
· Cultivate strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
· Draft compelling press releases, media advisories, and thought-leadership articles.
· Position Digi Yatra as a pioneer in aviation and digital transformation.
· Organize press events, briefings, and high-visibility campaigns.
· Own Digi Yatra’s social voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms.
· Drive awareness, adoption, and trust through engaging storytelling.
· Conceptualize campaigns that amplify key initiatives and milestones.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
· Work with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to align narratives.
· Support Corporate Affairs and Government Relations with impactful messaging.
· Provide leadership with timely reports, insights, and communication strategies.
· Improvement in brand sentiment scores across platforms.
· Growth in verified, positive media coverage and thought-leadership mentions.
· Engagement growth across social channels (reach, followers, interactions).
· Effective crisis handling with minimal brand impact.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
· 3–5 years’ experience in PR, ORM, and Social Media (aviation, travel, or tech preferred).
· Expertise in digital tools (social listening, analytics, and campaign management platforms).
· Strategic storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and media relations acumen.
· Calm, decisive, and credible under pressure.
· Creative mindset with an eye for trends and opportunities.
· High ethical standards and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
Digi Yatra Foundation (DYF) is a not-for-profit company established under section 8, registered under the Companies Act 2013, focused on creating a digital ecosystem to streamline air travel in line with the Digi Yatra Policy issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA). DYF is developing the Digi Yatra Central Ecosystem (DYCE), which offers air travelers a unique and memorable digital travel experience using real-time selfie-based facial biometric validation.
