Role Summary

:We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and experienced Manager who will oversee operations, team building, sales, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the leadership and execution teams, ensuring smooth functioning and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Operations:

Supervise daily activities of developers, telecallers, digital marketing executives, and executive assistants.Monitor project workflows, deadlines, and quality assurance.Conduct daily stand-up/team meetings and weekly review meetings.Assign tasks, track progress, and support team performance evaluations.Maintain discipline, office timings, and productivity culture.

2. Sales & Client Management:

Develop and implement a client acquisition and retention strategy.Handle lead generation, conversions, and follow-ups.Maintain CRM records and oversee the entire sales pipeline.Meet monthly revenue and growth targets.Attend client meetings (online/offline) to understand needs and pitch relevant solutions.

3. Marketing Strategy:

Plan and execute monthly digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital team.Analyze trends, competitors, and data to create performance-driven strategies.Promote FirePhoenixDev’s offerings on digital platforms, networking events, and through referrals.Coordinate with designers, content writers, and ad specialists.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Director on sales, team performance, and targets.Use tools like Google Sheets, CRM, Trello/ClickUp, etc., to manage and track KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of experience in team handling, sales, or operations (IT/Digital Marketing preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of digital platforms, business development, and CRM systems.Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹36000Performance-based incentives and bonusesOpportunity for long-term growth with company equity options in future phasesWorking Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM(Sunday Off)
