Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Bluebash, your role will involve overseeing and streamlining internal company operations across departments. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT assets, ensuring effective utilization of devices and equipment. Additionally, you will oversee office management systems such as Zoho, Microsoft 365, or similar workspaces. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting research to identify and implement new tools, vendors, or technologies to enhance productivity. - Evaluating and managing MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems to maintain control over company devices. - Implementing and enforcing data and device security best practices. - Driving POC (Proof of Concept) and onboarding for new internal tools or platforms. - Developing and maintaining documentation for operational workflows, processes, and compliance. - Collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for improving efficiency, cost savings, and team productivity. - Managing vendor relationships and demonstrating strong negotiation skills to optimize company expenses. - Supporting HR and Admin functions to ensure a smooth employee experience. - Ensuring all internal systems and policies align with company goals and compliance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in Operations Management or similar role, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment. - Strong knowledge of IT tools, SaaS products, and cloud-based office systems (Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). - Experience with asset tracking systems and IT infrastructure. - Understanding of data security and compliance protocols. - Proficiency in identifying, testing, and onboarding new tools (POC to adoption). - Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with automation tools, internal workflow management systems, and AI-based productivity tools. Experience managing cross-border teams or multi-location operations and exposure to ISO or IT compliance standards are considered a plus.,
