Position Title Manager - O&M Position Summary Operation & Maintenance for Colo infrastructure and OPGW. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Develops, tracks, and maintains OPGW network availability including the Colo infrastructure, Last mile and quality metrics for entire PAN INDIA routes of Sterlite Power and its JV partners Oversee new build of infrastructure and get the acceptance testing done as per defined procedures. That includes the services offered to customers. Responsible for delivering all aspects of the O&M & Continuously reviews and ensure O&M procedures are updated. Carry out periodic maintenance of Colo & OPGW infrastructure and take corrective actions. Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required. Follow up and clearance of PTW for OPGW network. Publish weekly/Monthly reports. Position Demands Travel, as and when required.
