Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive project governance, reporting, and control across financial crime-related initiatives.
• Act as a central point of contact between business, compliance, and operations teams.
• Monitor control framework effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders for risk assessments and project planning.
• Use JIRA and project management tools to track delivery, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met through robust control mechanisms.
  

Key Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in

  business control, project management, or functional management

  roles.
• Proven background in the

  Financial Crime / Compliance / AML

  domain is a must.
• PMP certification and proficiency in JIRA are highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and matrixed organization.
