Job Description

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing a portfolio roadmap for the respective area and executing against that roadmap. You will manage the project approach, build stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes. It is essential to have an understanding of data/process flows for model implementation and to support the management of scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget. You will also be responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to the portfolio lead, internal stakeholders, and steering committees. Your role will involve making recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization. Additionally, you will support governance and control activities in line with business needs and aligned with the organization's processes. Ensuring adherence to standard controls and driving teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, risk management, security controls, and technology architecture design will be part of your responsibilities. You will establish effective governance and control in line with the Change Framework and coordinate cross-technology teams across Global Business and Global Function delivery. Working with the Product Owner, you will drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies. The ideal candidate should have a track record of leading delivery through teams directly and indirectly across local and remote environments. Demonstrated ability to work across multi-disciplinary and multicultural diverse work environments, managing and satisfying multiple stakeholders and perspectives in a fluid and changing environment is essential. A high level of drive and motivation is required to ensure the successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives. In terms of capabilities, you should be able to lead and manage the implementation of change to ensure ongoing delivery of business goals. Planning and managing activities needed to implement change successfully are crucial aspects of the role. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group. Additionally, you should possess exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities. Your ability to make critical decisions and strategically prioritize based on business/function goals will be key to success in this role. A collaborative end-to-end leadership style that enables interdependent outcomes and works across boundaries in an Agile and connected manner is highly valued. Problem-solving skills are also essential for effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of the Delivery Lead position.,
