Etrav focuses on simplifying the booking journey with real-time availability, instant confirmations, easy cancellations, and 24/7 active support, making the platform reliable and profitable for travel agents.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate events, conferences, incentives, and group travel.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized MICE itineraries as per client requirements.
* Coordinate with operations and suppliers (hotels, DMCs, venues) to ensure smooth execution of events.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Participate in industry events and exhibitions to generate leads.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Keep updated on destination trends, new hotels, and event venues.
*Key Skills & Requirements:*
* Proven experience in MICE / Group Sales / Corporate Travel.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong destination knowledge (Domestic & International).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
* 5 Years of MICE Sales.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
