Manager - MICE Operations

Role Overview: As the Head of MICE Operations at Benchmark Incentive and Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of MICE events. Your role involves leading a team of MICE Operations Executives, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, building client relationships, and improving processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans for effective delivery of MICE events & Travels. - Lead and manage a team of MICE Operations Executives, set goals, provide coaching, and evaluate performance. - Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of MICE events, including costing, managing budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for MICE events. - Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, vendors, clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. - Develop SOPs for MICE Operations and continuously improve processes. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination. - Identify and manage risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in International MICE operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Experience in team management and organizational change initiatives. - In-depth knowledge of MICE industry trends and technologies.,
