👩‍💻 The Role


We are looking for a Manager, Marketing - Retention to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will focus on retention, engagement, and CRM. As part of the role, you will drive increased usage of Headout leading to more experiences per customer and maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).


The ideal candidate will go beyond simply setting up user journeys for incremental progress. They will identify and implement creative and impactful hooks that massively increase customer retention and engagement.

🎯What skills do you need?

  • 4+ years experience in retention and engagement marketing roles within fast-growing B2C consumer tech companies (e-commerce, OTAs, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solvers who can think out of the box to prioritise solutions that massively move the needle vs making incremental changes
  • Ability to work with a lean team, prioritise well, and work within tight budgets
  • Strong background in operational, growth marketing, and community/content strategies
  • Proficiency with platforms like MoEngage, Clevertap, or WebEngage
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
