Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager. The Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include scheduling, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, and implementing marketing strategies. This role is located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
• Knowledge in marketing strategies and implementation
• Proficiency in using salon management software and tools
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve effectively
• Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications and certifications are preferred
